RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships like a pro and keep the conversations going; you're the friendly face they will remember.
- You will provide quick, accurate, and upbeat service.
- With your customer-focused approach, you'll turn insurance inquiries into ah-ha moments.
- Use top-notch communication skills to meet customers' needs faster than you can say "policy coverage."
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
